Purpose: This research aims to study the impact of three drivers employee experience (cultural environment, technological and physical environment) toward performance. Theoretical framework: will focus on association between various which support in enhancing performance at workplace. integrates ACE technology, COOL spaces, CELEBRATED culture as categories that was constructed by Morgan (2017), while aspects (task, adaptive, contextual performance) are based Pradhan & Jena (2017).
